Track order
To track your order, please enter your order number in the field below and click “Track.” You can find this on your receipt and in the confirmation email you received.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping with DHL within Germany
We only deliver within Germany and ship all orders safely and reliably with DHL standard shipping.
- Free shipping for orders over €35 (incl. VAT)
- For orders under €35, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90
- Delivery time: approx. 2–4 business days
- Orders received by 12:00 PM (CET) are usually processed on the same business day.
Shipping days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders with pre-orders or items not immediately available
If your order contains pre-order items or products that are not immediately available we will ship all items together once they are fully available. Partial deliveries are currently not possible.
Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your DHL tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
