Orders & Shipping

Some products are very popular and sell out quickly – especially during promotions. However, we regularly try to restock. So it’s worth checking back soon.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a link to track your shipment via DHL.

We usually ship all products in one package. In rare cases, items may be shipped separately. In that case, you will receive separate shipping confirmations.

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, it is no longer possible to change or cancel it. If you would like to return something, please use our return process. You can find more information under Returns & Cancellation.

Products & Ingredients

Many of our formulations do not contain gluten. However, all products are manufactured in the same premises, so we cannot completely rule out traces. Please check the ingredients on the packaging or on the respective product page before use.

Most of our products contain natural essential oils or ingredients with their own fragrance. We deliberately avoid synthetic fragrance neutralizers – out of conviction and in line with our formulation philosophy.

Some products do not contain nuts, but they are manufactured in facilities where nut components are also processed. Despite the highest hygiene standards, we cannot guarantee a 100% exclusion. Please always check the list of ingredients.

Ideally, dry, cool and protected from light – for example in a glass container or a can. After use, products should dry completely before you store them.

Yes! When you bring back five clean Lush #5 plastic pots (black or clear) to our stores, you can exchange them for a free fresh face mask. The pots go to our recycling partners in Vancouver and Toronto where they’re recycled into new pots for our products.
