Did you try it out and it wasn’t quite right after all? No problem.
Right of Withdrawal – 14-Day Reflection Period
As a customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
The period begins on the day you (or an authorized person) received the package.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear statement by e-mail to:

Or you can use our prepared cancellation form, which is included with your order.
How the return works
- Fill out the return form (included with your order or available as a PDF on our website).
- Place the form together with the unused product in the original packaging or a secure shipping box.
- Stick the enclosed DHL return label clearly visible on the package.
- Simply drop off the package at a DHL branch or packing station.
🡒 The return is free of charge for you, provided you use the DHL return label.
Refund
- Once your return has been received and checked, we will refund the purchase price within 7–10 working days to the payment method originally used.
- The original shipping costs will only be refunded in the event of a complete cancellation.
Unfortunately, returns after the 14-day period cannot be accepted.
Exchange?
A direct exchange is currently not possible. If you would like a different product, please return the item and place a new order.
